You will need…
- Chilli Infused Tequila 60ml
- Cointreau 15ml
- Lime Juice 25ml
- Gomme (sugar syrup)10ml
- Chilli salt
Step #1 Make a spicy line in your glass using sugar syrup and chilli salt.
Step #2 Add all the ingredients into a mixing tin with ice.
Step #3 Shake hard for ten seconds and then strain into your glass
