How do I redeem my discount code?
You can redeem your discount code at checkout. Once you’ve added your items to your basket, then proceed to checkout. You will find the Gift Card or Discount Code box on the right-hand side where you can add your discount code. Once added, the total will update with the amount saved shown.
Why is my discount code not working?
There are a couple of reasons why your discount code may not be working. It might be out of date and therefore expired, or it may have already been redeemed against another purchase. Just so you know, discount codes can’t be redeemed on sale or special priced items.
Can I combine two discount codes?
Unfortunately, no. At DL, you can only redeem one discount code at a time, so you will not be able to combine two discount codes in one transaction.
How do I know if my discount code is invalid?
If your code is invalid, an error message will pop up stating: ‘Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered’. If the code does exist, but you have not added the products to the cart that applies for specific promotions, then the following will display as ‘ Your cart does not meet the requirements for (discount code name) discount code’.
